1. Data controller

Controller: Gustavo Pérez Rodríguez
Tax ID: 04622377K
Legal address: Travesía San Juan, 5, 16800 Priego, Cuenca, Spain

2. Data FinanceCalc may process

FinanceCalc may process information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, such as your email address, your name if you choose to include it and the content of your message.

Hosting and systems required to keep the website operational and secure may also record technical information such as IP address, access date and time, browser, operating system, requested URL and security-related events.

3. Data entered into calculators

FinanceCalc calculators process the values you enter in your browser using mathematical formulas. A user account is not required, and FinanceCalc does not deliberately need to store those values in its database in order to generate the result.

Do not enter personal, identifying or confidential information into calculator fields unless it is genuinely required for the calculation.

Where third-party services are active with the relevant consent, those services may receive technical browsing information in accordance with their own purposes and policies, but the essential mathematical functionality of the calculators does not require FinanceCalc to create a personal user profile.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Handling enquiries: responding to communications voluntarily submitted by you. The legal basis is the consent expressed by initiating the communication and, where relevant, taking steps requested by you.
  • Security and operation: preventing abuse, fraud, attacks, errors and uses that may damage the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available.
  • Legal compliance: meeting obligations applicable to the controller.
  • Analytics and advertising: where technologies require consent, the legal basis is the consent provided through the relevant consent mechanism.

5. Cookies, Google Analytics and advertising

FinanceCalc may use measurement services such as Google Analytics and advertising services such as Google AdSense. The cookies, providers, purposes and retention periods actually in use are described in the Cookie Policy generated and maintained through Complianz.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies and technologies subject to consent will not be activated until the visitor has expressed a choice through the relevant consent mechanism.

6. Affiliate links

FinanceCalc may add affiliate links in the future where relevant. When you use an affiliate link, the external provider may process information according to its own privacy policy and tracking technologies, subject to any applicable consent requirements.

7. Data retention

Information submitted through an enquiry is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and afterwards for any period required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities. Technical security logs are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose.

8. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by providers supplying technical services necessary for hosting, security, maintenance, analytics, consent management or advertising, subject to the safeguards required by law. FinanceCalc does not sell personal data to third parties.

9. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, the mechanisms and safeguards required by data-protection law will be used for the relevant service.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise your rights, email guslokyt@gmail.com and describe your request. If you believe your rights have not been handled appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.

11. Children

FinanceCalc is not designed to deliberately collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided personal data without the required authorisation, you may request its deletion through the contact email address.

12. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to keep the website operational and reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration or use of processed information. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The date of the latest revision will be shown at the beginning of the document.
